Room Deposits
A deposit is required to confirm your reservation for a private room. Room deposits are not refundable if for any reason you should need to cancel your function. However, they are deducted from your bill if a minimum number of guests are served. Inquire with a manager concerning the minimum required for the room you desire to book.
Menu Selections
Your menu arrangements should be submitted two weeks prior to the scheduled event along with an estimated number of attendees. The contents of our banquet menus are merely suggestions of traditional entrees. We will be happy to design a special menu to your specifications.
Menu Guarantees
The prices listed are our current rates and are subject to change without notice to reflect increased costs of foods, beverages, and cost of operation existing on the date of your scheduled function. It is your responsibility to confirm prices with us 30 days prior to your banquet. At that time, we will guarantee our prices to be in effect on the day of your function.
Meal Guarantees
Guaranteed meal counts are due at least two working days in advance. This number will be considered a guarantee and may be increased but not reduced and will be the minimum number charged for.
Salts, Tax and Gratuities
All food prices are subject to 6.5% sales tax and 19% gratuity. All liquor prices are subject to 9% sales tax and 18% gratuity.
Food and Beverage
Food and/or beverages will not be permitted to be brought into Khoury's Restaurant by any patron, or any of the patron's guests or invitees without the prior consent of Khoury's Restaurant (wedding cakes excepted). Wedding cakes will be cut and served by Khoury's staff in lieu of the dessert included with the entrée. For any function that does not include dessert, a cutting and serving charge will be charged if cake is served. During a luncheon, the cost is $.50 per person and $1.00 per person for an evening function. Health regulations prevent us from allowing guests to serve any food or beverage products.
Payment
Payment is required prior to your event. Cash and major credit cards or money orders are considered acceptable forms of payment.
